El tractament informatiu en mat\u00e8ries d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 especial<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>La Llei 2\/2024 del 27 de juny anul\u00b7la la llei 6\/2016 que estava en vigor. En l\u2019antiga llei es contemplava un mandat marc amb diversos criteris d\u2019autoregulaci\u00f3. En el seu lloc, la CACVSA est\u00e0 redactant una Carta de servicis que s\u2019incorporar\u00e0 a este <em>Llibre d\u2019estil<\/em> quan estiga aprovada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CACVSA, en este temps, es regix per l\u2019article 14 de la Constituci\u00f3 espanyola, que especifica que \u201cels espanyols s\u00f3n iguals davant de la llei, sense que puga prevaldre cap discriminaci\u00f3 per ra\u00f3 de naixement, ra\u00e7a, sexe, religi\u00f3, opini\u00f3 o qualsevol altra condici\u00f3 o circumst\u00e0ncia personal o social\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, la CACVSA ha de parar especial atenci\u00f3 al tractament de continguts que afecten v\u00edctimes de qualsevol classe de viol\u00e8ncia, cat\u00e0strofes naturals o actes luctuosos, per a evitar que el dolor de les persones es convertisca en espectacle i augmente el seu patiment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>4.
